Praise for this Week

Praise ye the LORD. Praise God in his sanctuary: praise him in the firmament of his power.

Praise God for...

...the safe arrival of all of our kids, and that the nannies are feeding most of them.

...my husband, who has been helping more than ever at the moment - helping with the children's schooling, shifting sprinklers, cooking, baking and cleaning - he really is a Mr. Mum.

...our children, who have also been doing extra chores, mainly dishes, as we don't have a dishwasher.

...the food on the table, especially chocolate and ice-cream; enough money to pay the bills and a comfortable, warm and safe home.

...our swimming pool, where we will spend some of the day today, as it is going to be in the high 30's.

...that Jesus died for my sins, even before I was thought of - I am still in awe of that one.

...an abundant supply of goats' milk once again. It's funny, but we make do with what we are receiving, but it's wonderful for our children to have an ample supply to drink once again.

...friends - blogging friends, IRL friends and internet friends, whose friendship and prayers are really appreciated.

...travelling mercies whenever we need them. Knowing that God is always watching over us is a constant source of comfort to us.

...I can have a personal relationship with God through our Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ.

...the ability to be able to read my Bible whenever I want - there are so many countries where it is illegal to own a Bible, but people are willing to risk their lives in order to receive God's Word into their ♥♥♥.

...prayer and the meeting together of Christians is not illegal in this country, for there are many countries where house churches and the assembling together of Christians is illegal. For example, did you know that in North Korea people must practise their faith in deep secrecy?

...the provision of money so that I can make a difference to the lives of those in persecuted countries.

I'm glad that I'm Australian,
I'm glad that I am free,
I'm glad that I have trust in Jesus,
And that He is here with me.
