Early Christmas Present

This year, for Christmas, we have bought a York exercise bike, Model number C202. The roads are very rough where we live, especially just after harvest and after seeding, so that the children can't ride their bikes on the road.

Sportscene have a lay-by system, whereby you hire the item for eight weeks, and if you then want to buy it, the hire fee is deducted from the purchase price, and you only pay what is left.

The exercise bike is a perfect solution, and a way for my husband and children to keep fit, no matter what the weather or the road conditions are. Although, we need to remember to exercise our minds in the way of Godly things, too, for we need to remember to whom we belong, and our final destination.

For bodily exercise profiteth little: but godliness is profitable unto all things, having promise of the life that now is, and of that which is to come. 1 Timothy 4:8
